What if I want to order a rose that's sold out?

You can be placed on a waitlist and preorder the rose of your choice would be the best option most clients do. We will ship the following season and this will ensure you get the rose of your choice.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

What happens after I buy?

We ship with high standard packaging to ensure no hassles to our clients. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with order information. Always feel free to contact us at anytime and we will gladly assist with any questions.

At what stage are the roses sent?

Roses are sent at bud and blooming stage. Please advise for special occasions 4 week notice minimum.

What shipping carrier is used?

We prefer USPS 2 Day shipping, it is our current carrier of choice. UPS and FEDEX shipping options are also available.

Are Roses shipped immediately after purchase?

Roses are processed to be shipped out in 1-2 business days.

How are the Mini Tree Roses shipped?

The mini tree roses ship in a custom made box specifically for the mini tree using an insert to secure the rose in place safely during transit. Actual insert may vary depending on availability. Two different styles are used, but they secure the plant to arrive well to any destination.
